Home Studio

All the videos below were produced by a “one-person crew” in my home studio—just me and my kitchen in a one-bedroom apartment. The Fourth Agency has provided me with opportunities to learn and showcase my skills. They supplied nearly all the necessary props and ingredients and collaborated with me on generating ideas, and strategies, and providing editing guidance.

Before each shoot, I research recipes, create shot lists, and prepare a props board or storyboard. During filming, I set up the camera and meticulously followed the plan I’d outlined. Typically, each video takes about three days to complete: one day for filming, one day for editing, and one day for reviewing the final product.

Country Crock

For Country Crock, I produced around 11 recipe videos and several trending videos over the course of one year. Excluding ad runs, the view count for the recipe videos alone has surpassed 100,000 across platforms in the US and Canada. I dedicated considerable effort to crafting diverse editing styles and transitions, aiming to infuse a youthful and modern feel into a brand as longstanding as Country Crock.

Approximately half of Country Crock’s recipe videos were filmed at The Fourth Studio. Izzy, our Senior Art Director, and I supervised the filming team together, ensuring that the editing of the videos aligned closely with Country Crock’s brand guidelines.

SOMOS

SOMOS is one of the brands that I absolutely adore and I’ve had the opportunity to experiment with various filming styles while working with them. However, since SOMOS is a fairly new brand and their Instagram and TikTok don’t yet have a large following, my videos have still managed to successfully attract quite a few young viewers to engage with the brand or develop a newfound love for Mexican food.
